UNR Editora at the International Book Fair

The Rosario University Press will be present at this event, which has become a tradition in the city.

From October 15 to 25, 2025, the Rosario International Book Fair will be held at the Fontanarrosa Cultural Center (San Martín 1080). Eleven days will be spent immersing yourself in the world of books with talks, presentations, and stands from local bookstores and publishers.

Within this framework, UNR Editora will present new titles alongside their authors. The complete catalog can also be found at the UNR Editora stand at the entrance to the tent, next to the Rosario Municipality and Santa Fe Province stands.

Once again, UNR Editora will be a protagonist at the International Book Fair.

Among the main activities, on Saturday 18th at 20 pm there will be a presentation Molinari dances by Beatriz Vignoli, a novel that explores landscapes and literary voices on a journey between Buenos Aires and Rosario, with echoes of the North American and Latin American narrative tradition.

On Monday the 20th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the activity "Five Among Hundreds: Science Tells for the 300th Anniversary of Rosario" will take place in the Children's Space, with readings, talks, and activities for children and adults. Participants will include Soledad Casasola, historians Irina Polastrelli and Muriel Urdinola, and authors Cecilia Reviglio and Alisa Lein.

On Tuesday 21st at 19pm, in Room A on the first floor, the presentation will be made The night in the middle of the afternoon by Pablo Colacrai, a book of short stories that, with a sensitive and sharp eye, explores the gestures and emotions of everyday life. The author will be accompanied by Martín Sansarricq and Cecilia Reviglio.

Meanwhile, on Friday the 24th at 18 pm, in the presentation space on the third floor, there will be a presentation Rosario, Pago de los Arroyos, a work coordinated by Pablo Suárez and co-produced with the Rosario Department of Culture. The book brings together texts by researchers from the UNR and CONICET and offers a historical overview of the city from its origins to the end of the 20th century.

That same day, at 18 p.m. on the second floor, there will be a presentation Barbaras by Vanesa Gómez, accompanied by Federico Ferroggiaro, Alisa Lein, and Camila Tonelli. Writer Beatriz Actis highlights the work's narrative power and the way it intertwines the dreamlike with violence and feminine heritage.

Finally, on Saturday 25th at 7:30 pm, in the presentation space on the third floor, there will be a presentation Spinetta. Photographs by Eduardo Marti, with the participation of Roque Di Pietro (Vademécum Publishing House) and Mario Agustín González (Sonamos Publishing House).

Furthermore, the Universidad Nacional de Rosario will participate in the Fair with other special activities:

  • Monday 20th at 17pm: Deri(b)ar by Fernando Irigaray, together with Sandra Valdettaro.
  • Thursday 23rd at 16pm: Winter Luggage, with winning texts from the School of Social Sciences literary competition.
  • Thursday 23rd at 17pm: Presentation of the collections Communication, Languages ​​and Culture y Cultural Studies, with the participation of Sandra Valdettaro, Melisa Martyniuk, Fiorella Guaglianone, Marilé Di Filippo and Sebastián Stra.

The Rosario International Book Fair 2025 will be a new opportunity to explore university publishing and enjoy the dialogue between literature, science, and history promoted by UNR.
