During the second semester of 2021 and 2022, the Social and Union Action Area together with the Office of the Vice President have implemented the “UNR Cardioassistida” Program in UNR Faculties, Institutes and dependencies.

The “UNR Cardioassistida” Program has been received by the university community with great interest; with a total of 750 trained in this first stage.

Within this framework, 2 surveys were carried out and the first report prepared by the General Directorate of Statistics showed that 95% of the respondents consider the content of the "UNR cardioassistida" training useful for their daily performance and the The expressed expectation was the need to increase awareness on specific topics such as stroke prevention, among others. And the second report showed the risks detected in the university community in ages between 19 and under 60 and over.

The Program has a second implementation stage to be developed in the course of 2023.
