The Agri-Food Academic Committee of the Association of Montevideo Group Universities (AUGM) is organizing the Agri-Food Workshop within the framework of the 31st Young Researchers Conference, which is taking place at the University of the Republic (UdelaR), Montevideo, Uruguay, on November 6, 7 and 8.

It will be held in a hybrid format on November 7th from 14 to 16 pm, in the Blue Room (502), 5th floor, of the Faculty of Engineering of the UdelaR, with the following Program:
