From the Quality Management Department belonging to the UNR Academic and Learning Area, we present this infographic that describes the Quality Management System implemented in the Universidad Nacional de Rosario according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard, and certified by IRAM. From its beginnings in 2010 until today, 5 scopes were certified in Faculties:

-Registration and certification of the student's training of:

• Dentistry Career RI-9000-4176
• Architecture career RI-9000-8928
• The degree courses of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences RI-9000-4598
• The undergraduate courses of the Faculty of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences RI-9000-6093
• Lawyer career RI-9000-10326

And two at UNR Government Headquarters:

• Granting of undergraduate and graduate degrees and issuance of diplomas RI-9000-3923

• Planning and development of careers and distance courses RI-9000-3923/I

More than 1000 hours of training were given by IRAM, Boreau Veritas and the UNR Quality Management Department, among others; More than 50 operational and management procedures were drawn up, providing greater effectiveness and efficiency to the daily tasks of each sector. We have a team of 16 internal auditors, UNR personnel, who have carried out 163 audits to date, which are always of great value and highlighted by the external auditors of IRAM, from whom we have received 58 certification audits. Together with the UNR General Directorate of Statistics, 50 performance measurements are processed, being those applied to all undergraduate and postgraduate courses: –Average time to process diploma issuance –Satisfaction of students and graduates –Number and causes of errors in records- essential for Take action based on the results. The last notable action with an impact on the entire university was the digitization of administrative procedures, which generated greater agility in the processes. Work is currently underway to digitize the diploma, completing this action.

Our intention is to disseminate the activities that the UNR is carrying out in pursuit of permanent improvement, and in particular the measures that we continue to take to prevent attempts to falsify diplomas. We also urge the use of the UNR graduate database – consultagraduados.unr.edu.ar – with the aim of offering certainty and confidence to the public, professional associations and all other institutions in which the graduate processes some management or requests employment, that the holder of the diploma is indeed a graduate of this University.
