On Monday, February 13, sports activities begin in all the UNR properties.
The sports activities of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario They return little by little to their usual days and schedules in 2023, which comes loaded with proposals. Starting Monday, February 13 and Thursday, February 16, the gym, the natatorium and the rest of the facilities will reopen their facilities so that the university and non-university community can resume training and physical exercise routines.
As usual, a series of requirements will be requested in order to enable those interested to participate in the offer of sports activities by the Directorate of Physical Education.
About the inscriptions to the Natatorium
For aquatic activities in the swimming pool located at Moreno 460, a registration method is followed that ranks those who have already been using the facilities. As has been the case for years, the time grid has an order of priorities that gives rise in the first instance to those who participated in the year 2022 of the aquatic activities. Once these people are registered, there is room for those interested who wish to participate in 2023.
For those who attended in 2022, registration begins on the following days:
– Older Adults: Monday 6/02
– Gymnastics in the water: Tuesday 7/02
– Level 1 (beginners): Wednesday 8/02 and Thursday 9/02
– Level 2 (intermediate): Friday 10/02 and Monday 13/02
– Free swimming, Synchronized Swimming and Water polo: Tuesday 14/02 and Wednesday 15/02
Those who are new students in the 2023 cycle should go to Moreno 460 on the following days:
– Seniors and Gymnastics in the water: Tuesday 28/02
– Level 1: Thursday 16/02, Friday 17/02 and Wednesday 22/02
– Level 2: Thursday 13/02, Friday 24/02 and Monday 27/02
– Free swim: Monday 13/02
– Synchronized Swimming and Water Polo: starting in March, you will coordinate directly with your teachers at the Natatorium.
For this last group of people, and except for those who wish to enroll in Level 1 (beginners) they must present the previously approved evaluative in the swimming pool. The latter is the test that indicates that they are fit to swim without teacher guidance; It takes place at Moreno 460, prior to registration and without prior appointment, from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 21 p.m., starting February 13.
The secretarial hours enabled for registration are from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 20 p.m. and the grid will be coordinated right there to carry out the activities in the pool. It should be noted that the activities that do not require teachers begin on February 13, and levels 1, 2, Synchronized Swimming, Water Gymnastics and Water Polo begin on Wednesday, March 1.
About the inscriptions to Fitness and Sports Room
On Thursday the 16th, the activities will begin in the room and in all the UNR properties (Moreno 460, La Reforma -Av Francia 750- and Riobamba 250 bis). With this opening, registrations for them will also be enabled. In the secretarial hours mentioned above you can register and coordinate room hours. It is important to mention that sports activities such as handball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, among others, are exclusive to the university community.
Requirements
To participate in the activities that are dictated in our establishments, you must go to Moreno 460 during office hours with the following documentation:
– UNR certificate: regular student, salary receipt, proof of title -exclusive UNR community-
– Stamped physical fitness certificate: dated 2023 -if it is a public entity, it does not require a stamp-
– Stamped oral certificate: dated 2023 -if it is a public entity it does not require a stamp, it is exclusive for the swimming pool-

During the month of February, interested persons will be able to access the schedules by entering the networks of the Directorate of Physical Education @educacionfisicaunr.
