ABOUT THE COURSE

If you are a graduate of this course you will:

  • Collaborate with the planning and evaluation of the organization's internal and external labor relations.
  • Advise on personnel selection, development and training programs.
  • Suggest personnel performance evaluation systems and career planning in the organization.

You will be able to develop in:

  • Carry out the description of tasks and preparation of professional profiles and advise on the staffing necessary for the organization.
  • Suggest additional benefit plans and social services for staff.
  • Organize, implement and maintain updated personnel records and files and the information necessary for the settlement of salaries.
  • Participate in the organization, implementation and evaluation of communication systems for staff.
  • Advise on the development of policies and standards related to personnel administration and development and labor relations.
  • Advise regarding the transformations in work relationships that occur as a consequence of technological and socio-cultural changes that affect the organization.

REGISTRATION and APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Be over 18 years old.
