ABOUT THE COURSE
If you are a graduate of this course you will:
- Collaborate with the planning and evaluation of the organization's internal and external labor relations.
- Advise on personnel selection, development and training programs.
- Suggest personnel performance evaluation systems and career planning in the organization.
You will be able to develop in:
- Carry out the description of tasks and preparation of professional profiles and advise on the staffing necessary for the organization.
- Suggest additional benefit plans and social services for staff.
- Organize, implement and maintain updated personnel records and files and the information necessary for the settlement of salaries.
- Participate in the organization, implementation and evaluation of communication systems for staff.
- Advise on the development of policies and standards related to personnel administration and development and labor relations.
- Advise regarding the transformations in work relationships that occur as a consequence of technological and socio-cultural changes that affect the organization.
