In 2024, a historic record of graduates was recorded. Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR), which reached 3494 students who earned their university degrees last year. The increase in statistics is due to various management actions, such as streamlining curriculum and the Return Plan.
The annual statistical report on academic activities confirmed that 2024 is the year with the highest number of graduates in UNR's history. There were 3494 graduates in 2024, 500 more than in 2023. Statistical data on graduates from recent years reveals that the number of graduates fluctuated between 2800 and 3200 over the last decade, with the exception of the years marked by the coronavirus pandemic—from 2020 to 2022—when exams were suspended and delayed, and graduation rates dropped significantly. Once normalized, and with the Return Plan as the main driver, more and more students were able to complete their studies.

In 2019, 2083 graduated, in 2020, 2183 graduated, in 2021, 2632 graduated, in 2022, 2659 graduated, in 2023, the number rose to 3014, and in 2024, the highest number was 3494. The highest number recorded in 2018 was 3295.
The Secretary of the Academic and Learning Department, Romina Pérez, emphasized that "it's a breath of fresh air in a very complex situation where we are trying to defend the public university in this context. It's the result of the policies that UNR provides for well-being and access to academic achievement, and all the work carried out with faculty to ensure career paths are as accessible as possible, without sacrificing academic excellence."
