The survey on Human Rights for UNR students is open
La Universidad Nacional de Rosario Through the Human Rights Area and the Academic Human Rights Council made up of representatives of the different Human Rights Secretariats, Areas and Directorates of the Faculties and Secondary Schools, a survey is being carried out for secondary and university level students of our academic community. with the purpose of to really know what they think when they speak or say 'Human Rights'. Discover the problems that they are going through and the interests they have, in order to build in a participatory and collaborative manner initiatives, strategies and institutional policies that allow addressing the wishes of our youth in a comprehensive and dynamic manner in terms of Human Rights.
Since the hierarchy of the Human Rights Area in the institutional structure of the University in 2019 and the process of creation and institutionalization of different Human Rights spaces in the academic units of the UNR, work has been done on various actions aimed at promoting and guaranteeing of Human Rights. This initiative seeks to inquire about the interests, perceptions, and information that UNR students have in order to continue planning actions that strengthen a plural, diverse, free, inclusive, and egalitarian community.
This project, which is part of a Youth Program, seeks for them to be protagonists, capturing and reflecting their interests and needs in the current public agenda, understanding that it is possible and necessary to involve these voices in the definition of public policies and contribute to generate greater social and political participation and youth access to decision-making spaces and the institutions of our democracies.

In this way, it seeks to reinforce interactive communication, paying more attention to issues that interest young people and prioritizing their concerns, communicating interactively with them and through social networks, the Internet and face to face, using their support so that, participatively, solutions to the problems that affect them can be built. In addition, it seeks to empower youth through contact among equals to promote their political participation. Lastly, to improve the representation of youth and the politics of their presence in the decision-making bodies of our democracies, generating greater knowledge and democratic practice that encourages community, social and political participation.
