There are 5 residences for UNR students. The first UNR University Residence in Rosario is located at Santa Fe 1470, in the heart of the city, and was inaugurated in March 2022 to accommodate 150 students. The accommodation has 36 shared rooms with four single beds, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, closet, safe, television, air conditioning, heater and balcony both in the front and in the buttress. On the ground floor there is a common space for study and refreshments that can also be accessed by other non-resident students, a digital point with computers, a laundry room and an outdoor deck with a bicycle rack. On the mezzanine there is another common study space for residents only.
Academic visitors, teachers and non-teachers, graduates and/or official guests who carry out activities at the University may also stay in the Residence. The stay can be accessed by requesting in advance to the Program Coordination according to the available places and paying the current fee.
In 2024, two new residences were opened, one of them located at Tucumán 2257, which arises from an agreement to accommodate students from Cañada Gómez and El Trébol in Rosario. And another one that operates on the gymnasium grounds, at Urquiza and Moreno, with 40 places.
Accommodations have a monthly cost per unit, consisting of rent and central expenses, maintenance and services. Applicants must be regular students of undergraduate or tertiary courses at UNR.
Two other historic student residences operate at the Casilda Agricultural School and the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in Zavalla, housing students from the region from Monday to Friday.
