Each person has the right to be treated according to their gender identity.
Ordinance No. 750 of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario guarantees the Recognition of Gender Identity.
It is not necessary or conditional to have the registry rectification on your birth certificate or DNI.
Non-sexist and inclusive language in Universidad Nacional de Rosario (Resolution No. 662/19)
Non-sexist and inclusive language allows us to make women, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans, transvestites, intersex and non-binaries visible, naming all identities in administrative documents, activities, professions.
If we avoid the use of generic masculine language, we do not reproduce violence
symbolic. If we name everyone, all of them, we are making visible their trajectories and experiences at our university.
Rector's Resolution 783/2020 establishes the incorporation of no fewer than three people per year. The internal regulations predate National Law 3 on the Promotion of Access to Formal Employment for Transvestite, Transsexual, and Transgender Persons "Diana Sacayán-Lohana Berkins," enacted in June 27.636.
