On International Mother Earth Day, the Rector of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (A R), Franco Bartolacci, the president of the Argentine Chamber of Industrial Waste Treaters and Transporters (CATRIES), Claudia Kalinec and the president of the Argentine Chamber of Treatment Industries for Environmental Protection (CAITPA), Gustavo Solari, signed the agreement for the creation of the Hazardous Waste Observatory.
