The various academic activities carried out were face-to-face, free and open to the community within the framework of the Meeting on the preservation of the Armenian cultural identity and its contributions to humanity.
The Armenian Chair, belonging to the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations and the Center for Armenian Studies, belonging to the “Dr. Adolfo Prieto” from the Faculty of Humanities and Arts; in collaboration with the Social and Union Action Area of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario They carried out various in-person, free and open academic activities within the framework of October Armenian Culture Month. They were sponsored by the Armenian Embassy in Argentina, the General Armenian Benevolent Union of Buenos Aires (UGAB), and accompanied by Armenian Institutions of the Argentine Republic.
An Open Talk on "The Complex Tradition, Sergei Parajanov" was held at the Central Library of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the UNR, on Friday, October 14 at 18:XNUMX p.m.
The opening of the Sample of Drawings of students of initial, primary and secondary level of the Marie Manoogian Institute of AGBU Buenos Aires was held, in the central Hall of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the UNR, on Monday, October 17.
The 1st Day of the Meeting “Preservation of the Armenian cultural identity” began. Rites and Traditions”, by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, Prof. Alejandro Vila, in the courtyard of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the UNR, on Friday, October 21 at 18:XNUMX p.m.

Next, Cristina Papazian held an exhibition on "Ancestral Signs and Symbols" and presented her book.
Later, the video was projected: “Armenia and its ancestral culture”.
Then there was an Armenian dance performed by Emanuel Gevorgyan, and Viktoria Gevorgyan, members of the General Antranik Scout Group of AGBU Buenos Aires.

The 2nd Day of the Meeting was held on Saturday, October 22, in the Patio of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts of the UNR. It started at 10 a.m. with Simultaneous Chess with the teachers Alex Adjemian, Ari Adjemian and Emanuel Gevorgyan, members of the General Antranik Scout Group of AGBU Buenos Aires. At the closing of the Meeting, open classes on the approach to the Armenian language and Armenian dances were held.
