Presentation of concrete opportunities: we continue to build a region
The meeting took place on May 5th at the Faculty of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences and was attended by members of the International Relations departments of the various academic units and representatives of disciplinary groups and academic committees designated to represent the UNR in these groups, which include prominent researchers from the region, covering various disciplinary areas.
The meeting began with the Faculty's Secretary of International Relations, Larisa Cybulsky, and Dean Andrés A. Sciara, welcoming everyone and emphasizing the importance of having spaces like these.

Next, the Advisory Delegate of Grupo Montevideo, María Cecilia Candusso, also emphasized the importance of support from the authorities and regular meetings to share opportunities and upcoming calls for applications. She described the guidelines under which the AUGM is operating within the framework of its Strategic Plan and the UNR office. They are working to design and implement policies that incorporate internationalization modalities that transcend traditional mobility programs, as well as international agreements that do not include specific cooperation actions. Instead, these innovative initiatives present concrete and viable opportunities, even within the restrictive budgetary context facing Argentine universities.
In this sense, the meetings planned in the different faculties are proposed as a space for reflection and exchange and, additionally, they include training on current calls for proposals with upcoming deadlines.
