The Faculty of Economics and Statistics celebrated the graduation of 18 new graduates in Business Administration as part of the Regresar Program.
In an emotional ceremony on Thursday, July 24, the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Statistics recognized the new graduates within the framework of the Regresar Program, an initiative of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario which accompanies those who, having completed a large part of their careers, seek to resume and complete their university studies.
The event was a recognition of the commitment, perseverance, and desire to excel of those who, despite the passage of time and difficulties, decided to return to public universities and fulfill their dream of graduating. It was also a reminder of the transformative role of higher education and the institutional responsibility to guarantee the right to complete it.
Present at the event were Javier Ganem, dean of the school; Adriana Daffunchio, director of the School of Business Administration; Romina Pérez, founder of the Regresar Program; faculty members, tutors, and family members of the graduates.

“Today is a day of great joy and excitement at our Faculty. We congratulate those who, with effort and courage, decided to resume their studies and achieve their goal of becoming university professionals,” said Dean Javier Ganem during the ceremony. “We are deeply proud as a public university to have a program like Regresar, which cares for each student and provides concrete answers so they can fulfill that long-delayed dream.”
Meanwhile, Adriana Daffunchio, Director of the School of Business Administration, praised the work of the program's tutors and explained that this group had passed 37 subjects and only needed to complete the last one. These students are already in the workforce, applying the knowledge they acquired at the School, but were missing this step to earn their degree.
