A strategic alliance between CESGAR and the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in a sector with high labor demand
La Universidad Nacional de Rosario is pleased to announce the launch of the Professional orientation course in customer service at beach and gas station stores (introductory module), an innovative training proposal that arises from the institutional cooperation agreement signed between CESGAR and UNR on June 5.
This strategic alliance seeks to enhance the training and development of workers in the sector and the community at large, strengthening the link between academia and the productive sector through quality educational offerings.
A response to labor market demands
The new course, lasting 18 hours over three weeks, represents "a first step in the training of Service Station Beach Staff," according to CESGAR. In a sector characterized by a constant demand for specialized personnel, this training program offers a comprehensive approach to the duties of beach and store vendors.
The training addresses operational, commercial, preventive, and regulatory aspects of the role, promoting a professional perspective on work that significantly improves participants' employability.

Comprehensive and practical training
Participants will develop key competencies for the sector, including:
- Understanding the organizational structure of service stations
- Skills for efficient and safe customer service
- Application of occupational health and safety principles
- Fundamental knowledge of human resources and legal aspects of the sector
Upon completion of the training, graduates will have the basic tools to work both on the beach and in the store.
Commitment to continuing education
This initiative reaffirms UNR's commitment to continuing education and the creation of new learning opportunities that respond to the real needs of the labor market, consolidating its role as a driving force of social and economic development in the region.
