The UNR signed collaboration framework agreements with localities in the General López, San Martin and Rosario departments.

At the headquarters of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Rector Franco Bartolacci signed agreements with the presidents of the Carreras Communes, Armando De Nenne; from Acebal, Daniel Alejandro Siliano; by Álvarez, Joel De Genaro; from Cañada Rosquin, María Eugenia Racciatti; of Soldini, Leonardo Marconcini and for the Piñero Commune, with the Treasurer Osvaldo Fei and the Secretary of Education and Culture Natalia Bullentini.

These framework agreements make it possible to generate specific agreements in various areas between local governments and the University, making available the tools that the higher education institution has. In this way, UNR has a presence in each location to reach the entire community in the region.
