La Universidad Nacional de Rosario participated in this celebration organized by the municipality of Coronel Domínguez.

The VII Legume Festival was held on September 7 and 8, coinciding with the celebrations for Farmers' Day. The event brought together the entire productive sector of agricultural, industrial and commercial activity in the municipality of Coronel Domínguez.

This is one of the main areas for the production of legumes, notable for its producers, SMEs and leading companies in the sector that invest and support local development, contribute to job creation and the promotion of sustainable agriculture with productive diversity.

The event included exhibitions of agricultural tools and machinery, forums, lectures, displays by entrepreneurs, gastronomic tasting of regional products, craft fairs, workshops, artistic and cultural shows. At the end of the activity, a typical dish was offered: lentil stew.
