The Master's Program in Social Economy Entities promoted visits

The Master's Degree in Social Economy Entities promoted visits to emblematic self-management experiences in Rosario.

On within the framework of the University Extension Congress held in the city of Rosario on the days 10,11 and 12 of June of 2026, the Master's Degree in Social Economy Entities of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario He organized a series of visits to worker-recuperated businesses and emblematic examples of the city's social economy.

The initiative brought together extension workers, teachers, and researchers from various national universities, including the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, the National University of Quilmes, the National University of General Sarmiento, the National University of La Pampa and the National University of Córdobawho were able to learn firsthand about self-management processes that are central references for the sector.

The activities included tours and exchanges at the Cotar dairy cooperative and the Mil Hojas workers' cooperative , experiences that express the organizational capacity of the workers and the transformative potential of the social and solidarity economy.

These visits are part of a work trajectory driven by the Master's program and continue the legacy of Dr. Mario Schujman , founder of the program and a strong promoter of links between university, territory and social economy organizations.
