La Universidad Nacional de Rosario launches the Labor Integration Days, a series of meetings aimed at students and recent graduates of the UNR who are beginning to explore the professional world.
The program is structured in three modules, each with three virtual sessions, and a complementary in-person workshop. The approach is theoretical, practical, and participatory, promoting reflection, interaction, and application of knowledge.
The goal is to strengthen the employability of future and recent UNR graduates by providing a space for reflection on professional projects and job placement. It will also seek to facilitate the expression of doubts, fears, and expectations about their professional lives.

The meetings will also include exercises to identify interests and preferences within professional responsibilities, as well as promote active information-seeking and contact with institutions.
Module I focuses on self-awareness and professional projection. It focuses on internal exploration and the identification of interests and skills, as well as the development of a professional self-image. The module aims to create a safe space for individual and group expression and reflection. The talks will be led by Lucía Ruiz, Juan Manuel Amatta, and María Luján Paleari.
Module II will address job placement and opportunities, as well as networking. The methodology promotes active information-seeking and contact with key players in the professional field. The meetings will be coordinated by Natalia Cao, Romina Blatter, Joel Ponce de León, and Juan Manuel Cercos.
Finally, Module III will address continuing professional development and innovation in the workplace, focusing on understanding legal and business aspects, as well as future planning and promoting professional activity.
