The challenge of Internationalization is to consolidate the global insertion of the UNR community, developing regional and global linkage strategies and mainstreaming the international dimension in the field of the University.

The UNR emphasizes the Latin American vocation that characterizes the Institution and is presented in line with the regional policy agenda for higher education and the production of scientific and technological knowledge.

The importance of establishing strategic associations is considered, cooperating in academic, scientific and cultural matters with other international institutions; likewise, it seeks to generate knowledge and dissemination of quality scientific thought through the participation of the university community as a whole.
