Entry Conditions

The pre-registration process for all UNR careers begins online on the website of each Faculty through the Guaraní system.

Registration is done once a year during the months arranged by each Faculty. This is the only instance of enrollment.

Late registrations must be specially managed in each Faculty and are left to the dean's consideration, by means of a note which must be presented at the entrance desk of each Faculty (consult the Faculty Student Secretary).

The final registration process is generally personal, but due to the pandemic this was modified according to the definitions of each Faculty.

Required documentation:

– Have approved the complete studies corresponding to High School by April 30 of the year of admission.

– Submit an updated birth certificate issued by the Civil Registry, which can be submitted with a common or digital signature.

Students born in the Province of Santa Fe must request and withdraw a certificate in www.santafe.gov.ar/rcdigital (Choose the option ISSUE with Digital signature and a PDF record will be generated)

– Submit an authenticated copy of the Secondary Analytical.

– Submit an authenticated copy of the first 2 Pages of the National Identity Document

– Some Faculties request the presentation of a psychophysical certificate.

General Conditions of Admission to the UNR

Registration with the UNR is provisional until the required documentation is submitted, which must be legalized by a competent authority (Court or Justice of the Peace).

The proof of certificates of studies in process must be presented in the Student Section before April 30 of the current year; Otherwise, the registration request will be denied and removed from the records, and the applicant will not be able to take any subject.

The eventual approval of subjects by students who have not met this admission requirement will not be valid and will not be recognized by the UNR.

The admission conditions vary according to the Faculty, in some cases admission is direct and it is enough to present the documentation specified in the general requirements. Others have compulsory entry courses, which may be exclusive to the status of regular student. In the case of certain careers, the applicant must present a medical certificate of aptitude.
