A use case of the SIU-Kolla system was presented, through which a periodic survey prepared by the Quality Management Department is implemented, which serves as an input for the continuous improvement of the university's management in relation to to the process of issuing undergraduate and postgraduate diplomas.

In addition, other surveys developed from the DGEU were shared, through joint work with other areas of the UNR, describing their objectives, study population and impact on decision-making.
