The University Cultural Space is located in the imposing building of the former Banco de la Nación Argentina, built by the famous Rosario firm Tito and José Micheletti between 1926 and 1929, which in 2010 based on an agreement between the UNR and the Banco Nación who gave up its use for this cultural project of the UNR.

Due to the diversity and quality of the activities carried out throughout these years, the University Cultural Space has become a cultural, academic and educational reference for the city of Rosario and the region. Attracting different audiences that accompanied and made this space their own in a building that contains and enjoys it, and turned it into a true "cathedral of art". Due to all this development, it was able to function as a brand with its own seal and quality in Rosario, free and open, trying to give back to society what it contributes to the training of professionals in the public university.
