Project: Measurement of the concentration of environmental pollutants and their impact on health.
Linked Target: Expand the identification and quantification of different environmental contaminants.
General description: The area has the task of identifying and quantifying environmental contaminants from the samples from the subprojects and will provide the corresponding reports. For this stage, it is proposed to acquire more equipment and achieve the different certifications necessary so that the data generated has expert weight in addition to the scientific one, since the study communities have previously filed a complaint with environmental organizations due to the problems they suffer due to contamination. In addition, it plans to serve the scientific community of the twelve academic units so that the University's research groups can counteract contracts with the private sector or with other universities, considerably reducing the cost of studies.
