Institutional digital repositories are created by the organizations themselves to deposit, use and preserve the scientific and academic production they generate.
THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TWO REPOSITORIES
1- The UNR Hypermedia Repository (RepHipUNR): It is an open academic repository created to digitally archive, preserve and distribute in various formats both teaching and learning materials as well as the scientific production of Research and Development (R&D) of UNR professors, professionals and researchers.
The types of documents accepted by the repository are peer-reviewed postprint articles, articles in popular journals, communications, presentations, posters presented at congresses, conferences, seminars and other scientific-academic events; doctoral and master's theses, dissertations, final degree projects and end-of-study projects (evaluated), technical reports, memories, working documents; books and parts of books; didactic material, artistic works, patents, software, among other academic and scientific content.

2- The UNR Academic Data Repository (RDA-UNR) y GDR-UNR Info: Allows you to share, archive, access, explore and cite the research data managed by UNR research professors and students, in order to give visibility to the data, promoting its access, its reuse and guaranteeing its long-term preservation.
A research data repository is a library that, on an institutional technological infrastructure, allows the preservation and free-free access via the Internet to the curated data generated during research in the academic field. Research data is the evidence collected or generated during the research process, which supports the research claims and serves to validate the results. The data is of various types and is saved in multiple formats: numerical, textual, image, sound records, among others.
