Dr. Ricardo Guibourg received the Honoris Causa Doctorate from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in an event held at the Faculty of Law that was chaired by the Rector Franco Bartolacci and the dean of that house of studies Hernán Botta, godfather of the honoree.
