ABOUT THE COURSE

This training program aims to introduce participants to the basic tools of AutoCAD for designing and representing objects, parts, mechanisms, and more. The course will cover fundamental concepts to familiarize participants with and enable them to use AutoCAD both independently and in collaborative virtual work environments. The goal is to equip participants with the necessary tools to work effectively in various industries and stay current with the latest developments.

If you are a graduate of this course you will:

  • Learn about the Cad drawing tool.
  • Get started with the basic functions of AutoCAD to develop the skills needed for the representation, design and manufacture of parts.
  • To generate skills and abilities that promote labor market integration in the context of the new digital production paradigm that is specifically proposed in the areas of representation, design and manufacturing.

You will be able to develop in:

  • The AutoCAD 2D interface and the tools that comprise it.
  • Handling basic and advanced 2D design components: typical commands and functions.
  • Preparation of plans from the modeled pieces, objects or assemblies.
  • Design and representation of objects allowing you to visualize and document ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Explore other alternatives and scopes of computer-aided design.
