The Postgraduate Department manages activities and programs for the creation and development of postgraduate activities and careers, articulating the academic policies of the
Academic and Learning Area of the UNR. Advises academic units for the creation, modification, and implementation of Graduate Programs (Doctorates, Masters, and Specializations) and Advanced Studies Diplomas, coordinating the processes of regulation, evaluation, accreditation, and degree issuance. It also participates in national and international organizations linked to postgraduate academic activity.
Postgraduate courses are organized in:
- Specializations: They are linked to specialized professional training.
- Masters: can be academic, research oriented or professionals, focused on professional training.
- PhDs: They are oriented to research and thesis writing.
The Advanced Studies Diplomas are training paths of at least 120 hours. They are intended for university graduates from various areas and are intended for training in specific topics.
The Postdoctoral Program, aimed at doctors, is oriented towards research in specialized topics. For more information, go to the following link:

The “Program to Strengthen Postgraduate Training in University Teaching” aims to strengthen the possibilities of improvement of teachers in the field of non-disciplinary pedagogical training, in line with the objectives outlined in the 2030 Agenda of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
The benefits granted by the Program can be accessed by the teachers of our University who are selected in the corresponding call. Said benefit includes registration free of tuition fees and course fees in postgraduate courses aimed at non-disciplinary teacher training that are located at our University and that were included in the call that is made at the beginning of the academic year.
