:: RATIONALE:
The Diploma program was created to address the need of small and medium-sized enterprises in our region's industrial sector to acquire specific knowledge geared toward both the professionalization of mid-range businesses and the adoption of new technologies, as well as improving their efficiency and productivity.
:: GOALS:
- Develop specific skills for the management of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises
- Generate a space for exchange between middle managers of different companies, which aims to discuss and problematize specific management issues of industrial SMEs in the region.
- Incorporate management methodologies and tools aimed at making management more efficient
- Develop skills to promote the competitiveness of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the region
- Raise awareness about the importance of generating sustainable links with the regional scientific and technological system
:: MODALITY AND DURATION:
Hybrid in-person. 6 (six) months in length. Consists of a total of 100 clock hours.
:: GRADUATE PROFILE:
Upon graduation, the graduate will have practical management knowledge applicable to his or her job.
:: ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
The only entry requirement for the diploma program is being over 18 years of age and having a high school diploma. Exceptionally, those over 25 years of age who have not completed secondary school and have proven experience in industrial SMEs will be admitted.
