Its main function is the execution of the calls for financing of university extension projects, both those of the UNR and those coming from other spheres, public and private. The actions developed revolve around the communication of the calls, their bases and requirements, collection, evaluation and financing of the projects.

The Calls for University Extension Projects are an institutionalized tool within the Extension and Territory Area, which constitutes a contribution to building greater inclusion and social commitment
