Waterproofing and Renovation Project – Faculty of Dentistry – UNR

La Universidad Nacional de Rosario invites you to participate in this call for Public Tender for the execution of the work “Waterproofing and Reform Work – Faculty of Dentistry – UNR”, within the framework of its commitment to the strengthening of the university infrastructure and the continuous improvement of educational conditions.

The conditions and specifications of the call for tenders, as well as the deadlines, requirements and procedures for the submission of bids, are detailed below:

OFFICIAL BUDGET: $105.589.302,57
OFFER GUARANTEE: $1.055.893,06

MAIN QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:
Required Capacity in the Registry of Constructors and Consulting Firms of Consulting Works: $ 170.120.930,25

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: 26/12/2025 11 hs. Office 248 Maipú 1065 Rosario, Santa Fe.
The envelope must include the file number, type and contract number, as well as the date and opening time. Applications will be accepted until the scheduled opening time.

Additionally, each bidder must submit a digital copy of the complete offer to the email address workpublica-dgc@unr.edu.ar, within a maximum period of two (2) hours from the physical presentation of the offer.

OPENING DATE: 26/12/2025 – 11pm.

Anyone can view the documentation on the UNR Publications Portal (https://compras.unr.edu.ar/).                        

In the opportunity to download the specifications in the aforementioned portal, it will be the obligation and pure responsibility of the interested party to notify the Contracting Department, by email  workpublica-dgc@unr.edu.ar, your name or company name and email address in which the communications that must be sent until the opening day of the offers will be valid.

It will not be a requirement for submitting bids, for their admissibility, or for entering into a contract, to have received a direct invitation to participate in the procedure. However, those who have withdrawn, downloaded, purchased, or obtained them by any other means may not claim ignorance of the actions taken.
