Presentations for scholarships awarded by the National Interuniversity Council may be made between April 29 and May 17 until 13 p.m.
Within the framework of the “Plan to Strengthen Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation in National Universities” (Ac. Pl. No. 676/08 and 687/09), the National Interuniversity Council (CIN) will grant Stimulus Scholarships to Scientific Vocations (EVC – CIN Scholarships) for undergraduate university students who wish to begin their research training within accredited or established research projects (MARCO projects), which are developed in the field of public university institutions and which have financing in Engineering and Technologies, Agricultural Sciences, Medical and Health Sciences, Natural and Exact Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities.
Applications must be made by interested parties by entering https://evc.cin.edu.ar/
Scholarship period: 1/10/24 to 30/9/25.

The management of the form generated by the system once the presentation has been completed will be carried out as follows:
IMPORTANT: The watermark with the text "Draft" must not appear on the spreadsheet. If so, the presentation was not closed correctly.
1. The applicant will have the form signed (HANDWRITTEN, SCANNED or DIGITAL SIGNATURES) by:
*director of the MARCO project
* scholarship director
* co-director of the scholarship (if any).
2. The form completed in this way may be sent via email by the applicant to the Secretary of Science and Technology of his facultyd with a copy to the email of the director and co-director of the scholarship.
3. The Secretariat of Science and Technology of the faculty will forward the duly completed form to the email becas.ciencias@unr.edu.ar (Directorate of Scientific Promotion) endorsing, in this way, the presentation and after having managed the dean's signature /a, vice dean/a or secretary of science and technology. Registration forms will not be accepted in paper format.
The signature of the highest authority of the faculty cannot be replaced by the signature of directors of laboratories or Institutes.
Important points to note
– Only students (not recent graduates) with at least 50% of the degree approved at the time of presentation.
– Average of at least six (6) points (including deferrals).
– MARCO projects accredited or based within the UNR that are current, at the time of registration, until the 31/12/24.
If you obtain the scholarship, the project must be valid until its completion, that is, at least until the 30/9/25.
- accredited MARCO project within which the scholarship recipient's project is registered must be indicated according to the 14-digit, two-letter code generated by SIGEVA when accrediting the project). Clearly include: Project code + title + project director + grant director.
– It is important to emphasize that It is not necessary that the applicant is a member of the MARCO project.
To MARCO projects based Project code + title + resolution number of the UNR Superior Council + project director must be included. This information can be obtained from the Science and Technology Secretariat of your faculty. For those projects that were filed during 2024 and are pending resolution, indicate “Resolution in process” or send the agency receipt stating that the project is approved.
Please respect this indication as it facilitates the processing of submissions.
- In the event of a request for reconsideration due to inadmissibility, eIn the application for such a request, new documentation cannot be added nor can the initial application be modified. For this reason, it is requested to be extremely careful when choosing a framework project so that it is valid. If it is not, it cannot be changed for another project that is and the application will continue to be considered “not admissible” after the request for reconsideration.
– CV of director (and co-director if applicable) only in CVAr or SIGEVA formats (exportable PDF). Please follow this indication to avoid unnecessary delays or a possible ruling of inadmissibility.
– Learn carefully article 8 of the regulation "Management requirements".
– It is not necessary for the scholarship director to be the director of the MARCO project.
– It is not necessary for the scholarship recipient to be a member of the MARCO project.
– Scholarship without co-director: the director must be integral of the MARCO project.
– Scholarship with director and co-director: at least one must be integral of the MARCO project.
– Applicants must present their presentation at the Public University Institution (IUP) where they are pursuing their degree.
– The scholarship is only compatible with a rented activity of up to 30 hours per week.
– UNR scholarships (food, transportation, residence, etc.) are compatible since they do not have a workload.
– Scholarship period: 1/10/24 – 30/9/25
– Distribution criteria: “The first twelve scholarships will be distributed, one per academic unit according to the order of merit obtained by the applicant within it. The rest of the scholarships will be distributed following the same criteria mentioned above.
In the event of resignation of an applicant with an awarded scholarship, the next applicant from the same faculty takes over in the order of merit of substitutes. If there is no substitute from the same academic unit, it will be replaced by the first applicant with the highest score in the order of merit on the list of substitutes.”
