The city will have a UNR Center for training and capacity building in different areas of interest to the community.
Rector Franco Bartolacci visited the city of Villa Constitución where he carried out several activities. First, he toured Zona Franca, the first port of its kind in the country.

He then met with businessmen from the Chamber of Industry of the Constitución Department (Cidecon), the Commercial, Industrial and Production Center of Villa Constitución (CCIP), the Development Agency of the Constitución Department (ADECON) and the Civil Association of Business Entities of Southern Santa Fe (ADEESSA).

He also signed a framework agreement with the mayor of Villa Constitución, Jorge Berti, to extend the training and capacity building activities of the UNR to this town. Finally, he visited the future Punto UNR, which will have two classrooms for 40 people and a multimedia room with 15 computers.
