La Universidad Nacional de Rosario signed an Agreement for pedagogical and academic support for Melincué students.

The Framework Cooperation Agreement between the UNR and the commune of Melincué aims to generate joint actions to assist local students, promote their access, permanence and graduation from the University, accompany them with their insertion into university life, providing them with tools and information that helps them adapt both in the institution and in the city of Rosario.

The agreement contemplates the provision of academic support, advice on registration for Scholarships, assistance regarding access to information and policies provided by the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.

The Rector Franco Bartolacci, the Secretary of the Welfare Area Gustavo Simonetta and the member of the area Carla Vernetti, the communal president of Melincué Yamila Gallisso, the Coordinator of the Management Area Juliana Cagrandi and the coordinator of the Production Area Verónica Contrera participated in the meeting.

At the meeting they agreed to link the UNR Tourism major, the Codo a Codo and Regresar programs with this town. Likewise, coordinate environmental actions around the Melincué lagoon.
