The Research Council of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario – CIUNR, according to its Statute, is the coordinating and promoting entity of scientific research, and acts as an advisor on science and technology to the Rector and the Superior Council of the UNR. Likewise, it coordinates part of its functions with the Secretariat of Science and Technology of the UNR (SECYT), thus covering the entire scientific-technical work of our University.
