Science communication is thought of as part of the knowledge production process, in permanent dialogue with society and in clear harmony with our university's science, technology, technological linkage and innovation policy. The objective is to generate communication processes that, through dialogue, dissemination and participation, allow progress in social and productive transformations. This implies the development of communication strategies that involve various actors and targeting heterogeneous audiences.
Virtual Album of Figurines about the 40 years of Democracy in the Argentine Republic
This proposal arises from the interest in offering a look at Argentine democracy during the last forty years, through a recreational-didactic device with interactive features. The purpose is to contribute to the education of citizens committed to democratic institutions, values and practices.
The contents were produced and adapted by an interdisciplinary team made up of research teachers from the field of social sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
The album is intended for high school and university students, and consists of a selection of 40 figurines that illustrate characters and events from our recent history.
Likewise, the project contains an interactive timeline with significant information about the milestones that marked these years, since 1983, and that are part of Argentine history.
40 figurines for 40 years of democracy is an initiative of the public university to inhabit face-to-face and virtual classrooms, together with adolescents and youth from across the country.

It is a prototype of board game The purpose of this exhibition is to make everyday situations of urban life visible, inviting participants to experience and reflect on the Right to the City as a common good.

Through various challenges, it promotes a comprehensive view of the city, its inhabitants and the environment. Its target audience is teenagers and young adults, who will be offered information and concepts based on instances of entertainment and collective fun.
This proposal consists of communicating concepts of the social sciences and urban studies linked to the Right to the City, its characteristics and importance, from a playful, interactive, creative and educommunicational perspective. The trivia and slogans that feed the game mechanics are the result of research developed by specialists in the Universidad Nacional de Rosario and the Rosario Scientific and Technological Center of CONICET.
The project aims to produce a cooperative board game The game aims to put aside competition between players and to make visible the importance of teamwork to achieve common goals, drawing a parallel with what it means to live in the city on a daily basis. Based on the content of the game, the aim is to disseminate scientific knowledge on contemporary urban and environmental problems, located in the city of Rosario, in an accessible way. The relevance of the project lies in stimulating reflection on complex problems based on the playful experience, promoting an attentive look at urban daily life and stimulating the emergence of other discourses and proposals that will be recorded in the cases of institutional support.
This project is developed by the Science Communication Department and a group of researchers from the CCT CONICET Rosario.
Through a question-and-answer session, the goal is to raise awareness about entrepreneurship and introduce young people to basic concepts related to finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and economics.
