Join the UNR tutors.

Starting in October 2023, the Universidad Nacional de Rosario restarts the call for the “Codo a Codo” Program, an initiative that targets advanced students from all UNR majors to provide academic support to students from different academic units.

It is a training and learning space for those who participate in the program, strengthening pedagogical links between students, contributing to the teaching/learning process and, fundamentally, weaving bonds of solidarity and commitment in the Public University.

Thus, each student will have at their side a colleague from the same major who will contribute to their trajectory throughout the academic year by providing:

– Study tools.
– Modalities of organization and preparation of exams.
– Direct academic support for 2024 entrants during the pre-registration process, final registration and start of the degree course.
-Support for migrant students
-Assistance to students who carry out exchanges at our University (International Tutoring)
– Promotion of the academic offer and the UNR devices that guarantee entry and permanence of students.
The selected students will have a stimulus assignment, training with specialized professionals and certification of the activities carried out.

Those interested must complete the formula and attach the required documentation.
The evaluation will be carried out by the team of Student Guidance professionals, Student Secretaries of Faculties, the Director of Student Welfare and the Pedagogical Coordinator of the Program. Students who were selected will be notified.

Registration is open until 17/11, 2023 through an online Form. The requirements to apply are:
Be a UNR student.
– Have at least 40% of subjects approved (with the exception of new courses that started in 2022 and 2023)
– Have passed at least 2 subjects from July/August 2022 to date.
– Have availability of 5 (five) hours per week for coordination in the work spaces in the academic units (in-person) or in the virtual modalities that are planned.
– Be studying at least 1 (one) subject during the year in which the activity is carried out.
Commitment to the task of accompaniment to peers and to training for the role of peer tutor

The program provides for the organization of reflection and training workshops on academic issues and university life for selected students. In addition, tools will be provided to address anxiety regarding the exam situation and the organization of the study.

The benefits consist of a stimulus allowance, training with specialized professionals and certification of the activities carried out. Interested parties must complete a form and attach the required documentation.

The evaluation will be carried out by the team of professionals from Student Guidance, Student Faculty Secretaries, Director of Student Welfare, Pedagogical Coordinator of the Program. The students who were selected will be notified as of December 20 to start with the training and tasks to be developed. Those students who were not summoned on this occasion, will be part of human resources in case it is necessary to increase the quotas.
