Scholarship program to encourage undergraduate students at UNR to complete their degrees with final projects focused on Innovation for Sustainable Development.

La Universidad Nacional de Rosario It carries out various actions based on a commitment that links society, academia, innovation, and development. To this end, the Science, Technology, and Innovation for Development Area (ACTeID) of the UNR, through the Directorate of Technological Liaison, is launching the second edition of the Call for Proposals University Scholarships “Innovation for Sustainable Development”. 

This program aims to provide support to advanced students at our University who, in order to graduate from their undergraduate programs, must complete a final project (thesis, dissertation, final integrative project, professional intervention project, etc.). It also seeks to encourage students to contribute by focusing their work on addressing local issues and interests through technological collaboration with other social actors. 

The University is committed to promoting strategic actions in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the UN. Therefore, this call for proposals encourages final projects that address and integrate the strategic theme of "Production and Environment," within the framework stipulated in the terms and conditions. 

In this second edition, the program will be funded using internal resources, in accordance with Ordinance 773/2024 regarding the establishment of a University Fund for Technological Outreach. The income generated from providing technological services to third parties creates a virtuous cycle that allows for the promotion and sustainability of this university function. 

The duration of the scholarship program is stipulated at 6 (six) months. Scholarships will be awarded to 5 (five) undergraduate students from the Universidad Nacional de RosarioThe scholarships total $1.000.000 (one million pesos) per student, disbursed in four installments based on the submission of progress reports. Recipients must have a bank account in their name to receive the funds.
