To apply for full master's and doctoral scholarships, as well as sandwich doctorates, at Brazilian universities.

The postgraduate scholarship program within the framework of the Student Program – Postgraduate Agreement (PEC-PG), managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) of the Brazilian Government, is an international cooperation initiative for foreign postgraduate students.

The proposal offers full doctoral and master's degree scholarships, as well as sandwich doctoral scholarships in Brazil, with a duration of up to 48 months, up to 24 months, and between 6 and 10 months, respectively.

The application period for full doctorates and master's degrees will be from August 14 to September 29, while for sandwich doctorates, it will be from October 1 to December 30, 2025.
