ABOUT THE COURSE
About the course:
The Legal Study Assistant course is designed to transmit the basic procedural and extrajudicial concepts necessary in the practice of the legal profession, so it is intended for those who require training in the legal area, whether they work as legal assistants legal studies or as employees of the judiciary and/or state departments that require knowledge of the subject.
If you are a graduate of this course you will:
- Be able to work as an assistant in the administration or legal-court area.
- Work on tasks related to the Judiciary, areas of public administration and organizations that require training in legal matters.
You will be able to develop in:
- Preparation of file, justice fee, trial initiation ticket.
- Drafting judicial documents.
- Drafting document letters, certified letters and telegrams.
- Basic and consistent knowledge of legal and administrative processes and their interrelationships.
- Training in procedural and extra-procedural practice to apply it in the daily activity of each legal operator.
- Basic theoretical-practical knowledge in procedural matters.
REGISTRATION and APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
- Be over 18 years old.
- Have access to a PC with internet connectivity.
- 75% attendance and work approved.
What objectives does the course have?
- Become aware of the current tools of the development and function of the judicial power.
- Acquire the necessary skills to efficiently carry out the different legal-administrative tasks for professional practice.
- Incorporate the essential techniques related to the function of the legal assistant.
- Stimulate and develop job placement possibilities.
