The UNR's priority is the conservation and restoration of its own buildings as well as the acquisition of equipment and new buildings to accommodate students of the University's different training paths. It is the area's task to formulate projects, execute new works, rehabilitate, refunctionalize and preserve buildings; supervise specifications, calls for bids, bid studies, and pre-awarding of public works.
