Opening of job opportunities for people with disabilities

From November 6 to November 22, 2023, the Single Labor Registry for People with Disabilities will be opened, aspiring to obtain employment in the non-teaching staff of the University. Universidad Nacional de Rosario.

Those over 18 years of age who possess a valid Disability Certificate at the time of registration may register as applicants in the Labor Registry for Persons with Disabilities . It is important to note that all interested individuals must register, even if they have already registered in previous years, in order to update their information.

Registration will be done virtually at bit.ly/CupoDiscapacidadUNR23.

In exceptional circumstances, registration may be done in person on Wednesday, November 8th and Wednesday, November 15th at Maipú Street 1065 (UNR Government Headquarters, Office 346, third floor) in the city of Rosario, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A sign language interpreter will be present.

The registration process is being promoted by the Human Rights Area, through its Directorate of Inclusion and Accessibility, in conjunction with the Association of Staff of the University of Rosario (APUR). For any questions or inquiries, please write to: cupolaboralunr@gmail.com.

About the Quota

The Job Quota for People with Disabilities was created by the Rector of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario through Resolution No. 3038/2020 based on the provisions of National Law 22.431, which establishes the incorporation of those people with disabilities who meet the suitability conditions required for vacant positions and respecting the 4% of incorporations with gender equity.

For the selection of entrants, the provisions of the Regulations for Entry to the Initial Category of Non-teaching Personnel of the University will govern. Universidad Nacional de Rosario and the exercise of its functions will be governed by the provisions of Decree No. 366/2006 that approves the Collective Labor Agreement for the non-teaching staff of the National Universities of the Argentine Republic. For the admission of personnel, the vacancies and needs of the positions to be filled at the UNR and the profiles of the applicants will be taken into consideration.
