Postgraduate “Specialization in Cultural Management”
Registration for the Graduate Specialization in Cultural Management is open until August 28, 2026.
Academic unit: Center for Interdisciplinary Studies (CEI).
Online format. The course will be taught through the Moodle platform of the UNR Virtual Campus.
Duration and workload. The course lasts 390 hours, distributed over 3 semesters.
Course start date: August 28, 2026
Destined to:
a) Those who have a degree linked to the area of cultural management and cultural studies, issued by the UNR, or equivalent degree awarded by legally recognized national, provincial or private universities.
b) Graduates from foreign universities, officially recognized in their respective countries, who have titles equivalent to those indicated in the previous paragraph, duly certified. Its admission will not mean revalidation of the degree title.
c) Those who hold non-university higher level degrees of at least four (4) years duration - in accordance with the provisions of art. 39 bis of the Higher Education Law—and meet the prerequisites determined by the Academic Commission in order to verify that their training is compatible with the demands of this career. In exceptional cases, those who fall outside the preceding terms and perform tasks in public or private spheres linked to the problem may aspire to be admitted.

General Objective:
Train high-level human resources specialized in the management, evaluation and direction of programs, projects, activities, cultural goods and services, and in the discussion, design and implementation of cultural policies.
Particular objectives:
- Design, generate, produce and evaluate cultural management projects in public and private settings.
- Inquire about critical forms of communicative interpretation, new information and communication technologies; and the institutional and business management of art and culture.
- Undertake cultural production and management projects in both the public and private spheres, linked to cultural and cooperation institutions, national and international, and to companies in various cultural industry complexes.
- Promote the development of the labor field of cultural management and the formation of an expansive professional profile suitable for the demands of public, private institutions and the intermediate sector.
- Contribute to the specialized training of graduates from national universities in related areas and contribute to the area of knowledge of cultural studies.
