Doctoral students from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences; agronomists; graduates in Biotechnology; veterinarians; graduates in Statistics; biologists and those with degrees related to Bioinformatics. Teachers and researchers in general.

Objectives

General:

  • To train students in the use of the R programming language to manipulate data, perform statistical analysis, and create graphical representations, all with a practical focus on handling real data.

Specific:

  • At the end of the module, students should be able to:
  • Be familiar with the R and RStudio environment
  • Possess skills in data manipulation
  • Perform basic statistical analyses
  • Create graphical representations of data
  • Apply analysis and visualization techniques to real data
  • Develop skills in task automation

DURATION
3 weeks
Total workload of 30 hours: 12 synchronous hours and 18 asynchronous hours.

Online modality  
The teaching of the course will be developed through the Moodle platform of the Virtual Campus of the UNR.
