With the aim of promoting the rights of older people, the Extension and Territory Area of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR) with the Secretariat of Human Development and Habitat of the Municipality of Rosario, will carry out the 1st Interdisciplinary Congress on Work with the Elderly. Current prospects and future challenges.
The proposal, in which you can participate freely and free of charge, will take place on June 28, 29 and 30. The opening of the event will take place at the Fundación Auditorium (Mitre 754), while the remaining days will be held at the Roberto Fontanarrosa Cultural Center (Saint Martin 1080). It is intended for professionals and students of careers related to the subject -health sciences, psychology, education, sociology, social work, anthropology, physical education, among other disciplines-, leaders of organizations linked to work with the elderly and the general public. .
The meeting will feature talks, conversations and experience tables crossed by the following thematic axes:
- Promotion and defense of the rights of the elderly.
- permanent education.
- Care practices.
- Active and healthy aging.
- Construction and strengthening of spaces for participation.
