On November 11 and 12, the 1st National Forum on graduates: Experiences, research and professional career policies was held in the Lecture Room of the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations - UNR in the city of Rosario. Organized by the Academic and Learning Area; and the UNR Graduates Directorate.
More than 100 representatives participated - including teachers, members of management teams, researchers and graduates - both from 22 national universities from different parts of the country and from the faculties that make up the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
During the two days, he reported on management and research experiences around the problem of monitoring and linking graduates, promoting exchange between those who attended and resulting in new strategies and ways to address the issue. Likewise, there was the participation of prominent specialists such as Nicolás Fiori from the University of the Republic (Uruguay), Marta Panaia from the Gino Germani Institute (UBA) and Martín Unzué from the University of Buenos Aires who made valuable contributions to the discussion.
Among the conclusions reached, the importance of holding this type of meetings in a sustained manner stands out in order to grant a greater centrality in the agenda to studies on academic and labor trajectories of graduates, while sharing information and work proposals in pursuit of generating synergies that allow deepening collaboration between institutions.
