These training paths will take place during the second semester of 2022 and the first of 2023.

La Universidad Nacional de Rosario, through its Academic and Learning Area, launches a cycle of seminars and training for teacher training and improvement in relation to the development of specific teaching resources that promote new dynamics between face-to-face and teaching in virtual environments. The eleven training proposals are free for UNR teachers.

"Since we began the management, we have proposed to be able to advance in the discussion and debate of the pedagogical model, putting the experience of recent years on the table, but also with the awareness of being able to provoke some relevant transformations within our institution," he explained. the rector Franco Bartolacci, and added: “The pandemic brought us great learning, incorporating tools that allow us to think about the exercise of the pedagogical issue and the university environment from a different place. We believe that it is very relevant to be able to add training instances for the teachers of our institution, and for that reason, we are launching eleven training proposals that address the challenges of our time from a comprehensive perspective”.

The more than 1000 teachers who participated in the last Pedagogical Workshop agreed that, as a consequence of the scenario posed by the pandemic, it was necessary to design new strategies that meant the reconfiguration of classrooms, proposing to recover such experiences in a format based on face-to-face that prioritizes spaces for dialogue and participation in the construction of knowledge and that uses virtuality as a key complement to expand access to higher education and guarantee the permanence and graduation of students.

In this sense, the eleven training proposals address from different perspectives, progressively and under different formats and modalities, the various problems that today challenge middle and higher level teachers, in order to define the curricular policies of the future. , which will determine the new pedagogical model, inclusive, democratic, flexible and permeable to innovation.

The courses aim to generate and deal with various current problems that challenge university teachers.
